- Do you work online or in person?
- Online by default, so I can work with you wherever you are. In-person sessions are available for local clients in Utah who prefer to meet face to face.
- Are sessions recorded?
- Yes. Every session is recorded and transcribed so I can keep an accurate record and prepare notes for you. Recordings and transcripts are kept for one year, then deleted. If you have a special circumstance, let me know before your session.
- Who do you work with?
- People at every stage of building something, from a first idea to a growing team, in any industry. What they share is a business that asks more of them than it should, and a readiness to change that.
- What results can I expect?
- You'll leave a Strategy Session knowing what's really holding you back, what to change first, and how to tell whether it's working. The results come from acting on that, and I'll help you stay on track. No honest consultant guarantees revenue, but every Strategy Session comes with a money-back guarantee.
- Will you implement the changes for me?
- I focus on strategy and advice, so you stay in charge of your business. I help you see what to change, in what order, and how to know it's working.
- What happens on a discovery call?
- We'll name what's really holding your business back and decide together whether a Strategy Session is the right way to fix it. If I'm not the right person for it, I'll tell you.
- What's your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
- You can reschedule or cancel any booking up to 24 hours before the start time at no charge, using the link in your confirmation. Within 24 hours, discovery calls are always free to move, and paid sessions may be rebooked once at my discretion.
- What if you need to reschedule?
- Life happens on my end too. If I ever need to move a session, I'll let you know as early as possible and send you a link to choose a new time that works for you. If none of the new times work, you can cancel instead, and any paid session will be fully refunded.
- What if the session isn't worth my time?
- Every Strategy Session is backed by my money-back guarantee. If it wasn't worth your time, ask within 30 days and I'll refund it in full, no questions asked.
- Can I book more than one session?
- Yes. Book another Strategy Session whenever the next problem shows up.
